Hello!! This week was so fun and I think the kids really enjoyed celebrating Jesus! With all the uncertainty this year I am so glad we were able to celebrate together!

On Monday and Tuesday we learned all about the Letter J! We read the Christmas Story in our Children’s Bible and finished up some crafts we were making to send home to you!

In our centers we colored our J ABC page, counted to 4 using jingle bells, played with water beads, used scissors with playdoh, and Played Ants in the Pants making the Ants Jump.

Wed/Thursday was our Christmas Parties! We sang Happy Birthday to Jesus and blew out a candle (from a distance of course) We exchanged gifts with our friends too!

In our centers we made jingle bell necklaces, sorted and counted Christmas Erasers, made a snowman snack to eat, decorated a Felt Christmas tree, and stacked solo cups to form a Christmas Tree. The parties really went smoothly and the kids all had fun!

Thank you all for the gifts and Christmas wishes, I am in awe of how thoughtful you are and I am so blessed to be able to be with your kids in these uncertain days! I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas and are able to celebrate the New Year with your Favorite People!!
Take a minute (or hour or whole day) to ponder the Birth of Jesus and the miracle that it is and remember that he Loves you very much!

Merry Christmas!

Mrs. Kristina
