Hello! I hope you are all keeping warm and safe! We definitely got our share of snow this week! I hope the kids have enjoyed playing in it at home!

On Monday we focused on the Letter D. We put Dinosaur prints on the letter D and read Dragons Love Tacos.
In our centers we colored the D ABC page, practiced cutting playdoh, Put dot stickers on a dinosaur sheet, searched for Dinos in a sensory bin with dried beans, matched numbers on the bottom of ducks in water.

*Since we had a snow day on Tuesday we tried to fit some of these activities in on Thursday*

Wed/Thursday we practiced counting and focused on the number 6. We read Duck Duck Dinosaur and Practiced writing our name.
In our centers we found the #6 to make a maze, measured 6 links to make a chain, counted out 6 hearts on a ten frame, strung beads, sorted bears by color and size.

I hope you all had a great week! Hopefully we have seen the end of the snow! Keep practicing the writing skills at home!!

Have a great weekend!
