We made it to the last week of the 2020 year!!! Let’s hope for a healthy, safe, and positive New Year in 2021!!!
We were busy finishing up some of the student’s goodies that they were hard at making for the parents! I hope you enjoyed their hard work, coloring, cutting, gluing and creating for you all!
Some of the items we completed during centers on top of doing the crafts for the parents were triangle tracing, name practice, Christmas graphing, cutting, coloring, and had LOTS of items were following directions and completing things step by step.
We read lots of books: The Elves Night Before Christmas, The Gingerbread Man Loose at Christmas, The Adventures of Otto: See Santa Nap, Merry Christmas Curious George, Five Busy Elves, If Animals Celebrated Christmas, Hello Christmas, and lastly The Christmas Story. The students were really into all our holiday stories we read the month of December.
The students enjoyed having a gift exchange and watching Polar Express on Thursday, along with our Grinch Kabobs and the peppermint stick treat they made to take home with them.
I wish everyone a SAFE and HEALTHY Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
Thank you all for the generous gifts! I appreciate each little heart that is in my class! 🙂
See everyone back in 2021!!! 🙂
