Hello! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your Families! It was nice to be back in the classroom this week!

On Mon/Tues we celebrated our Thanksgiving parties. Better late than never!

We read Who Will Carve the Turkey this Year?
We made Apple Turkeys (so cute!) and had a snack similar to the Thanksgiving dinner on The Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. (Pretzels, popcorn, fruit snacks)

For our games we raced scooters, pin the feathers on the turkey and Hot potato with a turkey.

On Wed/Thursday we attempted to get back to normal! We worked on the Letter C.
We practiced our name writing and our story was Pete The Cat and The Cool Cat Boogie.

Our centers were C alphabet page, putting chain links together, practice cutting, counting cars on the letter C, Number clip cards.

Our classroom is starting to look like Christmas, but we need your help! A note came home about decorating our Christmas Tree, please help your child MAKE an ornament to hang! Make sure their name is on it so it can go home when we take down the tree. Have fun with this, I love to see all the creative ornaments come in and the kids love to see their ornament hanging on the tree! It’s not just mine its all of ours!

Have a great weekend and Stay Healthy!!!
