This week is all about the letter Pp!

Tuesday was our pretend pizza party. We had so many fun centers using a pizza theme! First we used pizza ingredient cards to create a pizza. Each card had how many of each toppings they needed to put on their pizza. Then for letter recognition they had  toppings with upper case letters and they had to match it to the lowercase on their pizza.
Wednesday was pjs and popcorn day!! Who doesn’t love a pajama day?! Before we watched our pumpkin movie we did have some morning centers. These were more popcorn themed. The class needed to match the kernel numbers with the numbers on the pop corn buckets, pick a kernel from a bucket and practice writing that letter, and did some popcorn cutting .

This was a short week with our field trip being on Thursday. It was so nice to see you there and hang out with the kids outside the classroom.
