“E” is for Egg, Elephant, Envelope and Exercise!

On Monday, we read the funny story, Horton Hatches an Egg by Dr.Seuss.  The children opened plastic eggs and discovered what animals hatch from eggs and they made a lift the flap egg.

Sorry I missed Tuesday – My grandson was sick so I took the day off to give him a little extra TLC. I got a good report from Mrs. Tiffany!

On Wednesday, we focused on Elephants and read the story Elmer.  The children made Elmer the Elephants in art and did some egg letter sheets. We also went outside to EXERCISE!!!

On Thursday, we finished the week by reading the story An Egg Is Quiet.  The children decorated eggs and worked on counting by putting dots on eggs.  We ended the day outside.

Looking ahead:  Wear Green on Monday – Happy St. Patrick’s Day.

I am looking forward to meeting all the grandparents.
