We had some fun this week with the letter Uu and also celebrating 100 days of school!
Monday- Underwater Adventures: Start up: underwater color page; Centers/Activities: March color/writing sample, Uu sound pictures, paint dab whale, practice wave cutting; Books: The Great Eggscape, The Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Shell, Alphatale story The Umbrellabird’s Umbrella.
Tuesday- U is for Umbrella: Start up: Phone # and address in QKs; Centers/Activities: Color cut umbrella, Diamond Shape hunt, Umber the Umbrellabird Zoophonics craft; Books: Under my Umbrella and I am NOT a Fish. We also had Chapel today!
Wednesday- Unique Unicorns: Start up: Letter Uu item color page; Centers/Activities: Count & Color Uu sound page, trace and color unicorn page, Pass the Shamrock game; Books: Unicorns are the Worst. We had Specials today!
Thursday- 100th Day of School: Start up: 100 day color page; Centers/Activities: 100 day crowns color, last name Shamrock banner, shared our 100 project with classmates; Book: The Underpants.
