We made it through week #2! I’m really enjoying getting to know all of my new little ones. They are learning the new routine and we’re having a lot of fun together!

 

This week, we focused on the circle & oval shape, and the letter A

 

Books we read:

Apple Trouble

 

Centers this week:

We did a circle/oval sheet

We cut circles and ovals out of play-doh

We sorted circles and ovals

We traced circles and ovals

We built with unifix cubes

We did color matching using alligators

We did apple counting

We colored an apple for our A ABC page

We put apples on the letter A

We traced different lines on apples

 

ART/other

We did dot painting on circles and ovals

We started our “original works” art projects.  We’re making hot air balloons, using our fingerprints!

We managed to have some indoor and outdoor recess too!
