We had a really great week as we started reviewing all of our letters. Here is a snapshot…
Tuesday was King and Queen Day! I hope you had as much fun as I did. It’s my favorite event that we do. We also reviewed letters A,B,C,D.
On Wednesday we reviewed letters E,F,G,H. In morning centers, the kids counted on Gumball mats, they cut and glued beginning letters on Farm animals, and they worked on a creative writing, ‘When I grow up, I want to be…’ These turned out so great and will be in the kid’s binders! In the afternoon we had graduation practice and then colored our farm following directions page, which will also be in the binder. This is to show your child’s progress in listening to directions!
On Thursday we reviewed letters I,J,K,L. In morning centers, the kids colored Lollipops by number, they used Jingle bells with magnet wands, and they played with Ice cream kinetic sand. In the afternoon the kids had graduation practice. We ended the day with our monthly name writing and coloring page and then had some time to play.
These next few weeks will be busy with more review, more graduation practice, and more end of the year fun!
