This week we had king and queen day and started our alphabet review week! Tuesday we reviewed the letters ABC and D. We started the day playing toys with friends. In centers, we did A for Animal Classification, B for Beginning letter sounds, C for Candy Land, and D for Design a droid. In the afternoon we had King and Queen Day. The kids had so much fun performing their songs for their mom and dads. We hope you enjoyed the performance and felt like royalty!
Wednesday we reviewed the letters EFG and H. We started the day reading books with friends. We also celebrated Everett’s birthday. In centers, we did E for Egg patterns, F for Flags, G for Geo boards, and H for Heads and tails game. In the afternoon, we had our first graduation practice. At the end of the day, we did our end of the year Farm Following Directions. I love the improvement I saw compared to the beginning of the year!
Thursday we reviewed the letters IJK and L. We started the day practicing writing our first and last names. In centers, we did I for Igloo, J on the writing tablets, K for King craft, and L for Letter Leaves game. In the afternoon, we had another graduation practice. At the end of the day, we did our May coloring and writing page to end our monthly pages.
