This week, we celebrated Valentine’s Day & learned about the letter V!

We had our Valentine’s Day parties on Monday & Tuesday, which were lots of fun.  We played games, ate a yummy snack, & made a super cute Valentine’s Day crown for a craft! Special thanks to all parents who helped & donated.  We appreciate you!

Centers this week:

We did 1:1 correspondence using clip cards, so we got to practice our fine motor skills too!

We practiced writing & tracing the letter Vv

We colored a vacuum for our Vv ABC page

We did a fun volcano experiment

We talked about vets & got to pretend to be vets, using our Dr. kits & the stuffed animals that were brought in

 

ART: 

We did a fun painting & gluing project-“V is for Vase!” using the letter V for the vase itself and using our fingerprints to make the flowers. They are so cute!
