This week, we focused on the diamond/rhombus shape, the letter G, & the color green

Centers this week:
We traced our ABC’s
We cut diamonds out of play doh, using cookie cutters
We cut the diamond shape, using paper & scissors
We did diamond math, putting beads on diamond shaped kites that corresponded to the number
We did a “diamond find” in our sensory bin
We found green things, & the letter G in our green sensory bin
We used eye droppers to mix yellow & blue water to make green
We did upper-lowercase letter matching on green shamrocks
We put gold & green shamrocks on letter G
We colored an uppercase G green for our G ABC page
ART/Other:
We glued diamonds together to create flowers
We had a ton of fun planting grass! We’re excited to watch it grow!
We learned about the Easter Story using resurrection eggs!
