This was our last week of school. Wow that went by fast! Tuesday we reviewed the letters K, Q, and Y and had our field day. In the morning we played with toys and then had our graduation practice. For centers, we did push pin art, played with kinetic sand, did q-tip painting, and played Yeti in Spaghetti. In the afternoon we had a field day. We had different stations for the kids to rotate through. These included tug of war, jump ropes and hula hoops, bubbles and chalk, builders and bulldozers, ring toss and beanbag toss, parachute, and soccer. Then we had freeze pops in the shade. We ended the day with story time.

Wednesday was our 100th day of school! We also celebrated Logan’s birthday. To start the day, we colored our 100th day coloring sheets. In centers, we did 100 year old writing and took pictures with an old filter. We painted with dabbers, found all the shapes in a 100, and counted 100 objects. After lunch, we counted 100 fruit loops and made necklaces out of them. At the end of the day we played outside!

Thursday was our last day of school and it was also pajama day. We colored our last day crowns and took our last day pics. We had a light up last day where we made the room dark and played with light brites and light up boards and a black light flashlight. After lunch, we got to play with friends from other classes. At the end of the day, we had our final graduation practice. I can’t wait to see these little ones graduate. I will miss them so much! See you next week.
