Centers this week:
We painted for our Original Works projects
We did “Me in the Mirror”-looking in mirrors and drawing ourselves
We patterned/sorted with unifix cubes
We matched shapes, using clip cards, which also worked our fine motor!
We used play doh
We matched numbers, using magnets on the white board
We did color matching using our bears
We did a #1 worksheet (these came home)
We used tweezers to place pom poms 1 by 1 in muffin tins
We did alligator matching –colors & upper-lowercase letters
Art/Other:
We did a “Me” gluing project-using shapes to make a unique body-head, torso, arms & legs. They are so cute!
M/W classes went outside on Wednesday and did sidewalk chalk. It was a bit chilly on Thursday (not all kids brought jackets) for that Thursday, so we had extra “Big Room” time to play!
