This week we learned about the letter M.
Tuesday was Magnet day.
Morning work, circle time, bathroom, and foyer time.
Centers- writing uppercase M and lowercase m in a quick kit, M Lego build, playing with magnets, and big board magnets.
Wash hands, lunch, recess, bathroom
Art- We painted our moons with foil and made M mustache M’s
A riddle game and big room time playing with friends
Wednesday was If you give a moose a muffin day
Morning work, foyer time, bathroom
Morning centers- write about your favorite muffin, M cutting page, sort colored pom poms into muffin tins, match uppercase muffins with lowercase jams.
Circle time, wash hands, lunch, recess, bathroom
Afternoon centers- trace alphabet, comprehension if you give a moose a muffin page, ten frame cards, monster spin and trace letters
Foyer time, makeup work, and eat muffins!
Thursday was Mustache day
Morning work, circle time, bathroom, foyer time
Morning centers- make mustaches, play with magnets, play memory game, make letters with rubber bands on geoboards.
Wash hands, lunch, recess, bathroom
Afternoon centers- string beads onto pipe cleaners, roll and color mustache game, magnetic letters, and sensory bin
Foyer time, makeup work, and play with friends to end the day
