P is for Pumpkin, Playdough, Pizza and Puzzles . . . This week we focused on the letter P and the number 6
The class learned how pumpkins grow, cut a pumpkin open, pulled out the seeds, and painted a pumpkin. The class was fully ready to visit the pumpkin patch on Wednesday. It was a beautiful day – I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. we also read several fun books about pumpkins including the book Big Pumpkin and Pumpkin Jack.
We also focused on writing and learning letters and numbers. PLEASE CONTINUE TO REVIEW LETTERS AND NUMBERS WITH YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME!!!
Looking Ahead: Next week we will hav our Fall Party on Monday. Costumes are optional.
