Hello! It was a fun week working on the Letter A!
Tuesday and Wednesday were all about Apples!

In our centers Tuesday we made a water color apple project, colored in the letter A sounds to make the letter A, Apple counting, Apple lacing cards, traced and wrote the letter A. In the afternoon we worked on our first phonics sheet of the year! It included tracing, coloring, cutting, and gluing!

On Wednesday we continued with Apples! We used Apple stamps and wrote what are favorite color Apple is, used hole punch’s on a Apple tree, q tip painted an apple tree, place apples in numbered Apple trees, and go to play with floam. In the afternoon we got to taste red, yellow, and green apples and afterwards we colored in a sheet with of our favorites!

On Thursday we switched over to A is for Astronaut! In our centers we did a letter A rainbow write dice game, colored an astronaut picture, made letter a pictures and the letter a out of little wooden sticks, used tweezers to pick out tiny astronauts from a sensory bin, and used space fine motor boards. We had a great week!

Next we will move on to the letter M! Magnets, Moose, and Mustaches!!
