We have made it to February. We had a great first week!
On Monday/ Tuesday we worked on the Letter L. We read The Love Monster and made a Love Monster to hang in the hall.
In our centers we colored our L ABC page. Put legos on the Letter L, used stacking circles to count on Ladybug numbers, traced Lady bug lines, and used Fanta boards to make a Ladybug.
On Wed/ Thursday we worked on the Letter H. We read Wally Needs a Haircut and we made a name heart to hang in the hall way.
In our centers we colored our H ABC page, decorated our Valentines Bags, Practiced cutting a “haircut” paper, using golf tees we hammered holes on a heart, and we used Fanta boards to make a house.
Next week we will have our Valentine Parties on Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be passing out Valentines in class on Monday and Thursday. Thank you in advance for helping out!
