“V” is for Valentine, Vet, and VERY CRAZY WEEK.
Monday started out with a school closure day 🙁 Hope everyone enjoyed the online activities.
On Tuesday, we got right to work with our veterinarian center. The class enjoyed bringing in stuffed animals to take care of at the make believe animal hospital. We also made dogs out of hearts and a cute thumb print card. Once again the class had a blast making cards at the mail station.
On Wednesday, we passed out valentines to each other and enjoyed the party. Decorating sugar cookies with m&m’s was a hit with everyone. The children rotated to four stations: Bag decorating, necklace making, balloons, and q-tip straw blowing. Everyone appeared to have a fantastic time.
On Thursday, we worked on a letter “V” sheet, colored with scented markers, painted, and played with playdoh. The day ended with a game of number BINGO and a round of letter matching.
