Hello! We started the week with cold! I hope you were all able to take a peek at the Google classroom! For those of you that sent in papers or shared pictures I loved seeing them! Our focus was on the star shape. We will be adding the star to some of our classroom plans during the month as well.
On Wed/Thursday we worked on the letter I. The highlight for the kids was definitely having ice cream! We read the story Curious George builds an Igloo.
In our centers we colored our I ABC page, matched capital/lower case letters, counted to 5 using stars, made a paper igloo, and Find the Letter I quick kit.
This week we sent mid year progress reports home. Let me know if you have any questions!
