Hello! This week has been busy!! We had grad pictures, getting ready to celebrate our “Kings and Queens” next week, and celebrating Easter! We also kept our eyes on our caterpillars- they are getting big!
On Monday/Tuesday we worked on the letter Q! We read Quacky Quack Quack and had our Grad pictures taken!
In our centers we colored our Q ABC page, used bingo dot markers on a Q is for Quilt paper, reviewed our colors, numbers, and shapes, and found the letter Q using magnets on the white board.
On Wednesday/Thursday we celebrated Easter!! We learned about the Last Supper in chapel and even sat and broke bread together. Such a precious sight to watch these littles take in the truth of Easter!
In our classroom we played a game teaching left vs right and got to keep an Easter Egg at the end.
In our centers we used dot markers to color a cross, colored an Easter egg, cut out our egg, had an Easter snack, and searched for bunny’s in Easter grass and used them to play Barrel of Bunnies.
My favorite part of the week was chapel! I hope you all take a minute to ponder the true meaning of Easter and give Thanks for the sacrifice Jesus made for us! Have a wonderful Easter!
Can’t wait to see all the Moms and Dads next week!
