Another week down! Crazy we only have 4 more weeks together until Graduation!!! WOW!
This week we covered the letter Yy and have only 1 letter left for next week!
Monday-Yarntastic Y’s: Start up: K review page; Centers/Activities: created Kangaroos with pouches (we didn’t get to last week), started our graduation hats, worked on some things for King and Queen day and we also had our Graduation pictures, which turned out great!
Tuesday-Y is for Yak: Start up: Yarn color page; Centers/Activities: created our Yancy the Yak for zoophonics, worked more on our King and Queen day items; Books: Little Dinos Don’t Yell and The Yak that said Yuk.
Wednesday-Yay for Yoga: Start up: Yy yarn trace page; Centers/Activities: Yy locate/color/count page, roll and trace Y’s, King and Queen day craft; Book: Peppa Pig Loves Yoga. We also had our last specials rotation!
Thursday-Wear Yellow: Start up: Happy Easter color page; Centers/Activities: Yellow web items. trace/color create yellow page, yellow flower cut/paste/draw/color, cross coloring page, made bunny ears. Book: How to Catch the Easter Bunny. We also had our last Chapel, which was the last supper and story of Easter! The children really enjoyed the last one…ask them about it!
16 days of school left and LOTS to accomplish in these last few weeks!
