Hello! We had a great week celebrating our Kings and Queens! We hope all those that were able to attend enjoyed your time with us!
On Monday and Thursday we focused on the letter K. I can’t believe we have made it through the whole alphabet!! K was the last page in our ABC book to complete!!
We practiced writing our name and read a book called Kite Day. We continued to watch our caterpillars. They are all in the chrysalis stage now. So we are just waiting for butterflies now!
In our centers we colored our K ABC page, colored a paper kite with dot markers, found the letter K and marked them with highlighters, practiced patterns and counting, and made shapes and the letter K with rubber bands.
Hoping the sun can stay out and next week we can get outside a bit! Fresh air and sunshine is good for all of us!!
