Hello! We had a great week! We worked on Letters Y and B and the color yellow.
Mon/Tuesday we had graduation pictures and worked on the Letter Y. We made a yellow sunshine craft and read Don’t Yell.
In our centers we colored our Y ABC page, Did a Y find quick kit, connected yellow shape chains, put yarn on the letter Y, and matched numbers on the white board.
Wed/Thursday we worked on the letter B. We read This Book will not be Fun, and painted a frame.
In our centers we colored our B ABC page, traced butterfly trails and the Letter B, practiced counting and put Ball erasers on the Letter B, colored a picture of Mom, and pattern bears.
We had a great week! Next week we will introduce our caterpillars so we can watch the process of them becoming butterfly’s! This is usually a highlight for the kids they love it!
