Hello! We had a great week! We worked on the letters D and H.
Mon/Tues was letter D. We read If You Give a Dog a Donut and put Dinosaur tracks on the letter D.
In our centers we colored our D ABC page, played with Kinetic Sand, made patterns with Dogs, colored the letter D with Dolphin crayons, counted small dinosaurs.
We also danced in the classroom, and our homework was to tell Dad that “D is for Daddy!”
Wed/Thursday we worked on the Letter H. We read Wally needs a Haircut, and cut out heart shapes.
In our centers we colored our H ABC page, put together and measured unifix cubes, Using a small wooden hammer and golf tees, we hammered holes into a heart paper, gave haircuts with playdoh, built a house out of blocks. We also practiced hopping around the class room.
Next week is our Valentine Party. Thank you to everyone who has donated! We appreciate you!
