Hello! Another great week!
This week we worked on the Letter H and the shape of a Heart.
On Mon/Tuesday we focused on the heart shape. We read I Need a Hug and I Love You Baby Shark. We made a Heart People craft that is hanging in our hall way.
In our centers we put Hearts on an H, Decorated treat bags for our Valentine Party, counted little hearts, colored our H ABC page, used fine motor boards.
On Wed/Thursday we focused on many other H words. We read The House That Jack Built and made a Valentine for the kids to bring home to you.
In our centers we colored our Nursery rhyme (Hickory Dickory Dock), made an H with a snap-a-letter kit, practiced cutting, used foam and plastic hearts to see which is heavier, made a House on a Fanta Board.
Next week we will start our week with Valentines Parties. All parents are welcome to attend and watch/help!
