Welcome Back! I hope you all had a restful break and good start to the New Year! We had an easy week to help the kids get back into the classroom routine.
On Monday/Tuesday we did some review for our Progress Reports. We read Penguins Love Colors and did some color review.
In our centers we practiced writing our names, used mini peg boards, electronic writing boards, reviewed shapes, and sorted colored bears.
On Wed/Thurs we learned the letter W. We read The Watermelon Seed and reviewed our ABCs.
In our centers we transferred water using eye droppers, colored our W ABC page, practiced cutting, reviewed numbers, and traced the letter W.
The kids did great getting back into routine! We’re hoping for another great week next week!
