We had a fun week! I hope the kids came home talking about things that start with the letters E and G!!
On Mon/Tuesday we focused on the letter E. We read Elmer and the Whales and sponge painted a patchwork elephant.
In our centers we colored our E ABC page, made the letter E with a Snap together kit, colored our nursery rhyme- Humpty Dumpty, flipped felt eggs strengthening our muscles used for fine motor skills, and we put google eyes on the letter E.
On Wed/Thursday we focused on the letter G and color green! We had so many kids wear green! It was great!
We read Little Blue and Little Yellow, and covered a letter G with Glitter!
In our centers we colored our G ABC page, Found the letter G quick kit, practiced cutting snips to look like green grass, made the color green with blue/yellow food coloring, used number cards to count bears.
Next week we will start the week learning about the U!
