Happy Halloween week! We had so much fun at our party this week! A big thanks to everyone who helped and donated!! We couldn’t do it without you!!
On Tuesday we had our party! Before and after our party we did some Halloween activities in the classroom! How many eyeballs can you stack using play doh as glue? Practiced our writing skills to write what our costume was, made spider webs. We practiced our rhyming words using candy corn shapes with pictures. It was a busy day full of Halloween fun!
Wednesday was all about the Letter O with a few Halloween activities mixed in! We made a torn paper owl, search and find the letter O to create the letter o, roll a dice and count and stack spider rings, and raced our friends with who could fill a cup of bats first using tweezers no fingers!
We also practiced our opposites we walked over/ under the tape in the doorway, went fast/slow, were loud/quiet, amoung many others! The kids did really good with this!
Several times we had to walk through parties to get to the bathrooms this week. Each time I told the kids we didn’t want to bother the kids having a party so we had to walk invisible! The kids did so good with this- I was super proud of them!!
I hope you all have a restful break and a Fun and Safe Halloween!
